Gaming Chart let us know that Lionhead Studios have posted a prearranged Q&A with Mark Healey regarding their upcoming and unique PC fighting game, Rag Doll Kung Fu. Here is an excerpt:

Q: What is Rag Doll Kung Fu all about?

A: Imagine having a Kung Fu Fight with string puppets, except you don't have to worry about getting the strings tangled up, and you don't have to have a kung fu fight.

You control the characters on screen with the mouse - there are no pre-scripted animations in the game - it's all up to you - to walk, you have to literally pick up one foot, then place it in front of the other.

Sounds tricky maybe, but it doesn't take long before you're spinning through the air like a Russian gymnast.

This means you get to create your own style, and can act out whatever you feel like, and of course, if you really feel like it, you can have a fight.

If all goes well, and I get the online stuff working properly, then you can act out various silly situations with people all over the world, have dancing competitions, chatting, fighting, that kind of thing.

I agree Michel. Too many FPS games out now. What ever happened to adventure games.

Tom - I'm sure this will come as a rather odd but still pleasant breath of fresh air to those who are bored to death of the endless torrent of unoriginal, mediocre clones of clones that continually fill up the store shelves nowadays. Personally, I'm intrigued by this new idea, especially since Lionhead are involved. You say this game is crap, and yet you've only had a small glimpse of it through the interview and a bunch of screenshots. I say give this game a chance. It may turn out good, it may not. But give it a chance, instead of rubbishing it the moment you see it's not another game with a rocket launcher and a capture the flag mode. Your needless criticism of something you haven't played only helps to further stifle those who are trying to bring original ideas to the stagnant gaming industry.

Im marks sister and i have watched the movie and played the game, the movie is really amusing and i was totally hooked to the game. It is somthing quite different which makes it so much more fun to play. Keep up the good work bro!
