There is nothing wrong with this formula as it has proven itself over years, and in Purge you will find no flaws in this regard. The object of each game is to destroy your opponent's portal. The portal itself is what each side uses to teleport their troops into combat. Destroy the portal, and you win the game. The originality of Purge is found in the integration of RPG aspects into the game. Characters can gain experience and lose experience in seven different areas.
