HomeLAN has posted an interview with "ScrotcH" of Black Knight Productions ( Quake III Arena mod Jailbreak makers) as he talks about Prisoners of War 2003, their upcoming new version of the PoW mod that will be made for Unreal Tournament 2003. Here is a snip:

HomeLAN - Why did the team make the decision to move to Unreal Tournament 2003 for the next version of the mod?
ScrotcH - We decided to move to Unreal Tournament 2003 because we like a challenge. Its a totally new experience for us as we are going into the game with no prior experience in modding Unreal games. Similar to our situation 3 years ago when we started off in Quake 3 we gotta learn it all over again. The unreal engine has alot of possibilites, I for one cant wait to get my hands on its new editor
