PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds PC Patch - briefly

Earlier this week, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds got an update on Xbox One that added new controller options to better optimize the game for a controller. Four days later, the PUBG team moves right along to a new PC update. More details can be found on the developer’s blog post, in which the studio has also shared its hopes to soon provide an update on what’s coming next for PUBG.
PC players,

We have deployed a patch on our live servers today to fix some bugs. Please download the patch via your Steam client.

Please find the patch notes below.

Client Optimization
    Reduced lowered performance issue when many players were in the same area

Bug Fixes
    Fixed the issue where character movement was instantly stopped and adjusted
    Fixed the issue where character movement seemed unusual during the replay
