Almost all of the engine enhancements we have wanted to accomplish are complete although I'm sure there will be dozens of enhancements the programmers will come up with in the coming months. Bump mapping has been added, a new rendering system where our scenes on an Xbox contain as much as 3 times the polygons as Unreal Championship did. A new character rendering system so they are drawn a few hundred percent faster. The Havok physics system has been added for fast physics which controls all the vehicles. A massive new AI system that has been built upon the already great AI system in there. Optimize, Optimize, Optimize... we have optimized the hell out of the engine. We have some absolutely stunning scenes in the game. We have new shadow technology as well as a dozen other significant enhancements.
