Jerome Duhamel - Obscure differentiates itself with its ambiance and gameplay. We tried to reproduce the universe of slashers within the game. The ambiance is that of a Survival Horror, but we wanted to give it a more dynamic touch, and we wanted to carry this over to the gameplay. This allows for faster movements so the combat system closer to that of an action game. Moreover, the characters act the same way they would in such movies.

As for the group's management, you'll play a character with its own particular traits, but you can switch at any time, to another member of the team. The character you're controlling can be teamed with another character, who will assist in combat, research, and solving puzzles etc. Plus, there is the multiplayer mode which offers a cooperative mode on the same console.
