Nvidia Offers $100K Giveaway - briefly
(hx) 08:26 PM CET - Nov,04 2015 - Post a comment / read (6)
Nvidia is heavily promoting its GeForce Experience, and in doing so has announced that it is giving away over $100,000 USD worth of prizes as a part of its campaign to convince PC users to encourage them to join the GFE program.
The holiday gaming feast begins Friday with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops III. This kicks off the November-December gaming deluge. GeForce gamers will be Game Ready with today's release of our latest Game Ready Driver for Call of Duty: Black Ops III. NVIDIA is taking it a step further and committing to GeForce gamers that we will deliver Game Ready driver support on or before launch day for the top titles this holiday season. Game Ready isn't just a catchphrase at NVIDIA. It's our promise to gamers that GeForce will provide the best possible experience at launch for your game.

We're now offering over $100,000 in prizes to registered GeForce Experience users. Prizes include three of this year's hottest titles, Assassin's Creed Syndicate , Call of Duty: Black Ops III and a third title we can't tell you about yet (but it's awesome). Plus, we're giving away GeForce GTX 980 Ti, GeForce GTX 960, GeForce GTX 950-based graphics cards and SHIELD Android TV boxes.
Nvidia hasn't yet announced when exactly the giveaway kicks-off or when it ends.

You can sign in with your google account if you don't want to make one. Too bad you still have to use this shitty program

Then you have this (scroll down for benchmarks)

960 is faster than 780 and 770, which are far better cards.

Especially the 780, which was a very expensive high end card one year ago, it is now not getting the attention it deserves.

Nvidia is screwing up Kepler.

Otherwise, best possible experience if you have spent 700$ for an Nvidia card this year. Can't wait to see Black Ops III results.

And don't get me started with how bad AMD performs. Ubi+Nvidia=BFF :love4: :love4: :love4:

psolord> Nvidia is screwing up Kepler.
I wonder if that's intentional to force people into upgrading.
A GTX780 should still run any game in full detail on a single monitor.
