The basic issues are: - Radical changes, most of which do not work are making gameplay worse not better. - Insufficent testing: Bugs from the first day in beta were not addressed before being pushed to Live. - There was no beta testing done on high level content (the game is 2 years old) - Changes to items that did not match the changes to the professions have caused veteran players to have no weapons or viable armor. - Items that people saved for months to purchase in game are now newbie weapons and are useless to the playerbase. - High level players are unable to earn experience in game because 80% of creatures are low level and only give 1 XP when killed. - Creatures that are the same”level” or higher are certain death for players. - No documentation was released regarding how the new system is supposed to work. - SOE promised a double XP week starting Monday that many cannot participate in because of a bug which reduced their level to level 1 and they have no fix for. - SOE is not responding to (massive) player feedback or requests to remove the "upgrade" - SOE is taking a "big brother" approach to negative feedback and is banning people that do not post positive feedback. - SOE states that there are only 50 people that dislike the upgrade, the rest of us are just confused.
