The Football Manager 2010 website announces the release of the
Football Manager 2010 Gold Demo, offering a sample of the latest
installment in Sports Interactive's association football/soccer series.
This page offers downloads of the vanilla demo and
links to get the strawberry demo via bit torrent. The strawberry demo
is also available through Steam,
where they are also offering a bonus copy of Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast
for those who preorder between now and the game's release on October 30.

10 - Square Enix announces they will release Final Fantasy XI Ultimate Collection on
November 10 in North America for Windows and Xbox 360. This
MMORPG bundle will include all the content created for the title for an
MSRP of $19.99.

Announced Plus Free Weekend - Tripwire Interactive has just
announced the "Level Up" free content pack for Killing Floor. In
addition, a free weekend is planned for the days following the pack's
release. Killing Floor is now on retail shelves and can still be picked
up through Steam for just $19.99 (USD).

The entire Complete pack--which
includes Civ IV, the Warlords and Beyond the Sword expansions, and the

- Google Adds Retro Game Skin to GMail -
Google recently updated GMail to include a brand spankin' new theme
related to the gaming world. If you go in there, hit Setting ->
Themes, take a look for the "High Score" theme and click it. You'll be
greeted with a somewhat Mario inspired new look to your favorite
webmail service.
- Rumor: AMD wins GPU bid for next Xbox console - Fuzilla claims that AMD / ATI has
landed the GPU deal for the next generation Xbox console. You all know
that the GPU in the current 360 was made by the firm as well.
The report also states that the new console will be released in 2012
since the current economic crisis prevented a 2010 release, and that
legacy games will be compatible with the system.
