  • Dragon Age: Origins Released - BioWare sent out a press release announcing Dragon Age: Origins is now available in North America, offering the RPG they are calling the spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate. The game is available for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. GameSpot (9.5/10), Eurogamer (8/10) and IGN UK (9.2/10) have each posted a review.

  • Microsoft Launches Xbox Live Rewards Pilot - Microsoft has launched an invite-only test program for Xbox 360, offering participants incentives to make certain purchases or subscriptions and fill out surveys.  Three levels have been uncovered thus far: Gray, Orange, and Green. Gray participants will be refunded a small percentage of their total Marketplace purchases, with the percentage growing the longer they stay subscribed to Xbox Live Gold.
