   DailyTelefrag reports that much once-hyped Enclave project by swedish Starbreeze Studios is alive and kickin'. Rumours of death of this revoultionary (at that time) project spread when German publisher SWING! Entert@inment Media AG has terminated the agreement and refused to publish Enclave.
From now on, Enclave is a fast-paced gothic action game of third-person-view style. Design features somewhat satanic traits, that is, evil dark creatures, magic, and even... futuristic elements! One of the key moments of the Enclave gameplay are destructible objects a-la Red Faction, although it's not quite clear what exactly they are talking about (Red Faction, as you may remember, allows players to destroy ALL the walls on the level), and whether it would be honest variable geometry or just a strict set of destructible items. The answer is: "Wait for press-release, guys". Ok, then, we are waiting, thank god official Starbreeze Studios announcement is in the nearest future. The game will be shipping in Spring, 2002 for XBox, and later revamped for other platforms. [more] |
