Necrocide: The Dead Must Die, set for release in the summer of 2001, is a gothic, close to mid-range action shooter game that casts the player as a vampire huntress destined to exterminate hordes of evil undead creatures. The world's fate is in good hands as our heroine is guided by her 500-year old mentor. The game, set in five different realms, sends players up against necromancers, zombies, demons, werewolves and hellhounds. The heroine will be armed to the fangs with an arsenal of traditional and supernatural weapons in addition to all manner of vampiric powers. [official Necrocide site]
