- Crusade Announced - Quest Online announces
Crusade, a new MMORPG
designed by David Allen (creator of "Mordor", "Demise", and the original
design of "Horizons")
- New EverQuest II Expansion & Adventure Pack Announced -
Echoes of Faydwer,
the third expansion for EverQuest II, is expected to be available on or
around November 14, both at retail and via digital distribution for a
suggested retail price of $39.99. The Fallen Dynasty is the third adventure
pack for EQII and will be available this June by digital download only for a
suggested retail price of $7.99 or at no additional charge to Station Access
subscribers of two months or longer.

Take Command: 2nd Manassas have been released, advancing the English and

- Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter Tweak Guide -
This guide
is designed to quickly provide the major tweaks and in-game setting
descriptions for the GRAW Demo (531MB), prior to the final version of the
guide being released shortly after the game goes retail.
- Abandonware Campaign -
The people of Exiled Gamers have put together an Abandonware Campaign with
which they hope to be able to convince game publishers to rescue titles from
their current 'Abandonware' status, and make them available for the public to
play (legally) once again. They have made mention of quite a few titles that
have slipped into the status of Abandonware (titles that it's no longer
possible to buy at retail, and that are near impossible to locate on sites
such as eBay), which includes System Shock 2, Freespace 2, as well as older
titles, such as The Chaos Engine, Alien Breed and Flashback." There's also
a petition that can be signed to show an approximation of people who
support this campaign.
