It looks like motherboard
manufacturers are supposedly considering suspend development of
Intel-based motherboards that use ATI chipsets.

- ATI releases TV Wonder 650 -ATI's just announced their latest TV
tuner product,
the TV Wonder 650. Based around ATI's Theater 650 ASIC, TV Wonder 650
supports both analog and over-the-air high definition TV broadcasts, and sells
for an MSRP of $129
- ASUS W7J Notebook -
Besides being light (weighs 4 pounds only), the W7J has a GeForce Go 7400
integrated video processor which makes it ideal for multimedia and some
occasional gaming.
- ASUS' PG191 Gaming LCD Monitor -

Magazine posted a review on ASUS' PG191 Gaming LCD Monitor. Technical
specifications of the monitor are relatively impressive and include a native
resolution of 1280x1024 pixels (not ideal for image editors), 800:1 contrast
ratio and 320cd/m2 brightness. It also has a response time of 2ms
(grey-to-grey), integrates three USB 2.0 ports, supports both DVI-D and D-SUB
inputs (all cables supplied), and has viewing angles of 160/160-degress (H/V).
The PG191 also has tilt and swivel controls (no height adjustment), and is
VESA wall mount compatible.

hours of battery life. Surprisingly, the player will launch with a price tag
of $249.99, the same as Apple's 4GB iPod nano.

- EA Says Wii Could Sell For $170 -
Gamesindustry.biz has a quote from Electronic Arts' VP David Gardner who
is quoted as saying about their expected price of Nintendo's Wii console,
"I've heard in Japan that the price is about $170, but I don't know if the
price has been set in Europe yet."
- PlayStation 3 Interface on Display - The folks over at JoyStiq have
run across an
IGN video of Sony's PlayStation 3 user interface in action. The interface
looks like an upsized version of the PlayStation Portable user interface and
has a very minimalistic look to it. The video is just over 3 minutes long and
goes through just about all of the feature/options available to the user.
