Infinity Ward Tweets that more bans are on the way for those found cheating in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. 1. Cheating will not be tolerated. More banwaves are coming. If you receive a ban it is for unauthorized manipulation of game data. Don't fall for unscrupulous services offering cheats and modifications, these are fraudulent. For a list of security and enforcement policy details please visit https://support.activision.com/mwpolicy

2. Please do not use unauthorized 3rd party software to mod or hack. This includes tools such as hex editors, that equip items you have not acquired properly. We define this is cheating and there is no place for that in our game. This is a bannable offense and you risk losing your account.

3. Unauthorized 3rd party software includes, but is not limited to aimbots, wallhacks, trainers, stats hacks, texture hacks, leaderboard hacks, injectors, hex editors or any software used to deliberately modify game data or memory. Don't do it. This may result in being banned.

4. Avoid tutorials and services that offer ways to modify your camo. Anything that suggests altering the memory on your console or PC in order to acquire new gear, items or loadouts beyond what is offered in game is a hack, and is considered cheating. We will enforce accordingly, which may result in being banned.

they beg at every step to play for FREE that warzone crap, I am confused. Do they want people to play it or do they want to ban people who play it? Not that I care either way.

What is it with -this perfect generation- that they have to cheat...
When i played Unreal Tournament, RTCW and Quake 3 Arena, we just voted off cheats and we got on with having fun. Why play if all you can do is cheat? Are kids today that shite at games....it's not like they win anything, dumb fucks!

I don't know why that isn't still an option - ban the fucker in chat and be done with it. He can go try and cheat in another match, until he realizes cheat only makes him unable to play.

On the other note: why would I ever want to go and play their cheat infested game, free or not, if I have to rely on the company to ban cheaters, not on players doing that on the spot?
Personally, I wouldn't announce it like this if I wanted to pull in more players.

I remember the UT99 days, fantastic time for online gaming. Give the option for the participants to do a majority rule on the spot and be done with it.

Exactly, why remove the obvious solution that worked away back in Kali95 days and in-game servers. Just boot the fucker off. Most gamers back then were regulars and we got to know folks on servers. It's no big deal to get rid of cheaters and move on. I remember chatting in game to both sides and naming a cheater and laughing my ass off when we cornered them and machine gunned them to death -his F1 pitiful attempt to ban who shot them was meet with a big fat zero agreement and RTCW 'auf wiedersehen'. Couldn't play today ever in MP now.
