2015 just launched its web page dedicated to Men of Valor: Vietnam, their upcoming Unreal engine powered military shooter set in the Vietnam War. The web page offers some info and new screenshots. Men of Valor: Vietnam is slated for release in first quarter 2004.

I'm sick of this bullshit mythologizing of the Vietnam war, which was the worst American crime of the late 20th century. Piss off with this "men of valor" lie - calling it "men killing women and children with bullets, bombs and napalm" would be more accurate. No valor in that. In no place in our culture is anyone seriously reconsidering the war as having been just, let alone valorous. Only video games are doing this, churned out by corporations that don't give a shit about truth. In reality, Vietnam vets will tell you that the war stole their dignity and their dreams and their friends - there is a reason why thousands of them go to the Vietnam Memorial in Washington every year to weep, from loss, from shame, from horror at what they did and who they left lying in the mud -- ALL FOR NOTHING! On the other hand, if you want to train a new generation of gullible cannon fodder to fight the next Vietnam, games like this can help...
