As promised, there is the multiplayer demo (local US mirror ~ 340MB) for Men of Valor, allowing the chance to try out this upcoming tactical first-person shooter by 2015. The deme features a large urban map and a smaller jungle map, as well as three different multiplayer game modes (DM, TDM, Multiplayer) and three player classes (rifleman, machinegunner, and sniper). Recommended specs: ATI Radeon 9600 or NVIDIA GeForce 5700 with 128MB, 2.8 GHz Intel Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon or faster processor, 512 MB RAM or more and broadband connection. The massive 340MB demo can also be downloaded from GameSpotDLX, 3DGamers, WP, Games-Fusion, FileFront, FileRush, 4Dplayers.de, JustGamers, WP.

omg i am a little shocked. i thought this would be much better. i tried this game out, found the graphics alright but then major huge video lag. i don't understand how come either. this is a ut engine game and in UT2k4 cranked i get major good fps. i guess i have to wait for ati to 'tweak' their driver.

what settings and resolution?

The highest res you can go in the game (1280x1024 I think) and full settings for everything minus player shadows.

no idea, i am running 1280x no shadows and it's a lag fest online, the sound also doesn't work great. i dont find the graphics amazing either.

I am a little shocked 2. I thought this game would be much better!!!! The graphics look ok but nothing the catches! If you shoot against the wall with any gun there are no bullet holes! :evil: and there is no jump in the game!! I look like 3 times at the keys in the options and there is no jump wtf!!! :shock: I played with some friends over a lan and it was boring and nothing exciting! I hope that the single player is the strong point of this game!! I am playing the Tribes Vengeance Multiplayer now and it rocks its great so rather download Tribes and give this demo a skip! :wink:

ya I expected a lot better graphics myself. I find these graphics nothing to write home about. The vegetation in the maps I saw was cool but obviously comes at a cost. I was told that there are some really crappy servers out there that would explain the lag. I'll keep it around a bit longer but so far, nothing there to inspire me to buy this one.
