Even with the almost overwhelming odds that you will face, the single-player game remains merely one-half of what Breakthrough has to offer. The final game will feature nine new multiplayer levels, including the monastery at Monte Casino, the beachhead at Anion, and the bombed out streets of Messina, Sicily. The development team has promised to add a bit of vehicular control, but this is still a work in progress and will mainly focus on armored vehicles and jeeps. However, you'll also have the ability to call in air strikes and artillery to aid your multiplayer efforts. Breakthrough will also be adding a new Liberation multiplayer mode, which seems to be even more intense than the Tug-of-War mode that was added in Spearhead. This mode has defeated players spawning as POWs, who will need to be rescued by teammates, where the first team to successfully capture all of their opponents wins.
