Max Payne 3 Ships 3 Million - briefly

Publisher Take-Two has shipped three million copies of Max Payne 3 to retailers worldwide. CEO Strauss Zelnick said last night: "Fiscal 2013 kicked off with the successful launch of Max Payne 3, which received outstanding reviews and promises to be another hit for Rockstar Games."

The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions launched on May 15 in North America and three days later internationally. The release of the PC version was yesterday delayed by a few days due to "production and logistical" issues.

It's GTA with bullet time and an absolute boring, linear plot. Max looks nothing like the character in games 1 and 2. I found myself using very little bullet time and just shooting from cover, rockstar murdered this :evil: preferred the noir effect and tight moody levels of previous games, this is sold on name alone and bullet proof , cheating AI just compound what a lack lustre poor job RS have done. More fun replying the originals which is what I'm doing.
