LD-PS2/P - Broadband internet package for PS2 - tech

Japanese company Elecom have announced a new broadband internet package called LD-PS2/P for PlayStation 2, which allows users to access the internet using broadband connection on PlayStation 2. The package will contain a USB based internet router LD-USBL/TX and the internet browser software EG Browser. The USB network adapter plugs right into the USB port, instead of the expansion bay at the back of the console, and it support 10/100Base-TX connection. the PD-PS2/P is scheduled for release in mid-January for 7000 yen.
