Our Hungary friends at Hardwired have posted an article (along three beautiful and exclusive screenshots) on KREED, Burut's upcoming first person shooter. How they said: "Ladies and Gentlemen, these pictures are not only simple screens, these are the testimonies of the extraordinarily professional work of the graphics artists and engine programmers!" :) Here is a snip from the article: "It's surprising how many times Kreed is compared to Doom 3. Practically it wields the same feature set, yet it's more colourful and detailed. See the screens for yourself :). Kreed is less known than Doom3, even if it can be a very serious competitor. Goes to show ya, John Carmack isn't the only one who can write a graphics engine. Now, if the Kreed design team has any sense of game flow and suspense, they can make a serious competitor to id's next game. id hasn't made a fun game in years, so there's every chance to dethrone them.
