JonoF has released a new version of his unofficial port of 3D Realms Entertainment's Duke Nukem 3D which is called JFDuke3D. Word is: "A release is out that includes a feature many have been waiting for: network play. We are labelling this a 'test release' to gauge the reliability of the port before making it the stable release. Have a try with your friends and see how things go. Notes on limitations, things to watch out for, and how to set things up are in the release notes. It's not hugely pretty at the moment, but that will change quite soon." (thanks NeoNSX)
