Interplay beats Bethesda in lawsuit - briefly

According to Duckandcover, Interplay has defeated Bethesda in their court case. Bethesda's motion for a preliminary injunction against Interplay has been denied by the court.
Motion Hearing held on 12/10/2009 re [3] MOTION for Preliminary Injunction filed by Bethesda Softworks LLC - Argued - "DENIED" as stated on the record by Judge Deborah K. Chasanow. (Court Reporter - Sharon O'Neill) (td, Deputy Clerk) So the motion filed by Bethesda has been denied by the courts.

This means, among other things, that Interplay can still sell the Fallout Trilogy pack, and they can still work on Project: V13, both of which Bethesda wanted to put a stop to by filing the injunction in the first place. Big win for the little guy.
