We have reactivated the ability to get a subscription membership. We're currently accepting credit cards as payment methods and are working to bring both Pay Pal and Pay by Cash back online as soon as possible. This has taken us slightly longer than expected as we've needed to work with several other companies and banks to ensure the security and integrity of our subscription service.

We know that many people tried and failed to subscribe early on, especially in the EU, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our Customer Service group will sort out any issues that you might have with billing.

An important note: Beta testers should NOT create a new account to become a subscription member. Please use your Beta account to access your pre-order or special offers.  Another Important Note: a US subscription gives you membership benefits only on the US server. Likewise, an EU subscription gives you membership benefits only on the EU server.

The service is for credit cards only at the moment; the dev team is working to support other methods such as PayPal and Pay By Cash. There's also a State of the Game address on the site from Flagship's Bill Roper where he gives an overall look at the current state of Hellgate London. His overall stance, "All in all, we're pleased that the game itself is running so well. We're also as frustrated as you are about these initial bumps in the road.
