As promised a couple months ago, Nathan Andrews has released a mod that adds Razer Hydra and Oculus Rift support to Half Life 2 and Black Mesa! Players will need to have the Source SDK Base 2006 and 2007 installed via Steam before installing the app, as well as Microsoft's C++ Runtime before the mod will work. The installation and configuration procedure is a bit pain in the ass, but those interested in such a mod will be able to figure it out. In short, you'll have to experiment a lot until you find your own sweet settings.
