- According to OPS2, the combat system is even better than that of San Andreas's.
- The game will have its own unique radio stations and a set of new licensed songs, but not as many as what's in San Andreas.
- Liberty City Stories can fit on the UMD because R* and Sony got better with the technical stuff.
- Cutscenes and missions will be a little shorter: Where a 5 min missions in previous GTAs are now reduced to 2 min.
- This time they will delay the game to get it 100% done, unlike San Andreas where they had to remove alot of features due to a lack of time.
- R* thought of every playing habit that PSP users would have (playing on the bus, home, at the train station etc.)
