Caesar 3 is a city building sim by Sierra On-Line, in which you build and govern a Roman settlement, with all the complexity you can expect from such a task. It is considered by many to be the best installment of the four-part Caesar series. Throughout the game you will have to cater to the individual needs of both the richest patricians and the lowest plebs. Building roads, making sure there is enough food, water, jobs and entertainment, providing security through forming and commanding Legions... All this rests on your shoulders.
