Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament fans, rejoice. GreyArea Games is currently working on a classic arena shooter in Unreal Engine 5, called GlitchStorm. GlitchStorm targets a 2024 release date, meaning that it’s still in a very early development stage. Still, the following gameplay footage looks promising. As you’ll see, the game already has most of the major features of an arena shooter. It has almost all the weapons you remember from Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament, and its movement and shooting mechanics feel already great!
