According to its description, the game is available for purchase (as a free digital download) in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom. Ya that is pretty weird. This is a good game though, definitely worth the free price tag.

Good or not if it's three years or older it should be ten bucks or lower even free.
