- No Linux Steam - Perhaps inspired by the hope provided by 'no
current plans' and 'at this time,' Linux fans have continued inquiring about
this, leading to a post on the Steam Users Forums that says
Valve's stance on this issue has been stated repeatedly, and 'The next

- Microsoft Reports Solid Financial Results - Games Division
Records Losses! -
This press release announces Microsoft's financial results for its last
financial quarter that ended on June 30. Entertainment and Devices
division (which Microsoft's games division is a part of) continues to lose
money, as it took a $1.199 billion loss for the quarter and a loss of $1.892
billion for the entire 2007 fiscal year.
- The Darkness Demo on Xbox Live - 2K Games has released a new demo
of The
Darkness on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. This demo features a single-player
experience from three early levels in the game, including the Tunnel,
Cemetery and Grinders Lane.
