Family Guy Online Shutting Down - briefly

Family Guy Online will be shutting down on January 18th, and anyone who spent money on it will be refunded. We will be refunding all real-money purchases made within Family Guy Online in the last 60 days. See below for refund details.

Additional Refund Policy and Account Closure Information:

All real-money purchases made within Family Guy Online between the dates of October 22, 2012 and December 21, 2012 will be refunded. The refunds will be processed in early January 2013 as follows:

* Purchases made by credit cards and PayPal will be automatically refunded back to your account. If you do not receive your refund by January 10, 2013, please contact [email protected].

* Purchases made using an Ultimate Game Card®: you will be sent a new Ultimate Game Card® code for the equivalent amount of the Ultimate Game Card® you redeemed. This new Ultimate Game Card® code will be sent to you at the email address you used to create your Family Guy Online account. If you do not receive your new Ultimate Game Card® code by January 10, 2013, please contact [email protected].

* Purchases made using all other forms of payment: we are unable to credit other forms of payment, so you will be sent an Ultimate Game Card® code for the equivalent amount of the purchase you made. The Ultimate Game Card® code will be sent to you at the email address you used to create your Family Guy Online account. If you do not receive an Ultimate Game Card® code by January 10, 2013, please contact [email protected].
Not unusual for a game to be canceled this late. Hell, films get canned after completion. The weird thing is they took cash during the Beta--that's the baffling part.
