- Project Origin Preview -
PC.IGN has new details on Monolith's first person: It's all shaping
up to form one of the stronger arms of this year's full on horror assault,
and it will be interesting to see how the experiences gained from working on
the Condemned series will feed into Monolith's re-treading of the original's
unique premise - and from the evidence so far, it looks like they've been
successful in putting the F.E.A.R factor through the roof.
- Fallout - Resolution Patch - Mash has adapted his
resolution patch from FO2 to suit Fallout
- TrackMania Patched - The TrackMania Forums have the release of
a pair of "optional" patches for TrackMania Nations Forever and
TrackMania United Forever.
- Eschalon: Book II Announced - Basilisk Games announces
Eschalon: Book II,
a sequel to their cross-platform RPG planned for release in the middle of
next year
- Fireteam Reloaded Ships - Pixel Mine announces the release of
Fireteam Reloaded,
a multiplayer action revival/remake that features real-time voice
technology. The game is free to download and play, while offering additional
items, including maps, character classes, and even game modes through
micropayments.
- Penny Arcade Adventures Released on Steam - Valve sent out
a press release announcing that Hothead Games' downloadable RPG Penny
Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One (PC,
360) is now available on its digital distribution platform Steam
- Flagship Dirty Laundry - Flagshipped has
the text of a blog post by Flagship audio and gameplay programmer Guy
Somberg revealing some of what's going on behind the scenes at the
Hellgate: London developer. A couple hours later,
the Hellgate London: Forums has a follow-up from Flagship Studios CVO
David Brevik to the negative comments by programmer Guy Somberg in a blog.
