- EA Steams Spore, Warhammer, Mass Effect - Spore, Warhammer
Online, Mass Effect and other EA games are now available on
Valve's
Steam service. Mass Effect is selling for $29.99, while Spore carries
its standard retail price of $49.99. A bizarre package including Europa
Universalis: Rome Gold Edition and Spore was briefly listed for only $22,
but was quickly removed--an apparent error on Steam's part. Other EA games
available on Steam include the Spore Creepy & Cute Parts Pack ($20), FIFA
Manager 09 ($40), and Need for Speed Undercover ($40).
- CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars Announced (PS3/Xbox 360) -Ubisoft
today announced CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars, a first-person, downloadable
multiplayer shooter by CellFactor creators Immersion Games. A multiplayer
shooter, the game will feature four modes: Death Match, Capture the Flag,
Team Death Match and Assault. A single-player campaign with 30 challenges
will also be included. CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars is expected in early
2009 on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.
