- Diablo 2: Eastern Sun 2.1 Mod Alpha Shots - PlanetDiablo has
posted some new
screenshots from version 2.1 alpha of Eastern Sun - Diablo 2 mod.
- Shadow Force: Razor Unit Patch v1.2 - FUN Labs has released a new patch v1.2 (2.4MB)
for Shadow Force: Razor Unit, their recent budget-priced FPS.
- Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast dedicated Linux server v1.02 -
Raven Software has released dedicated Linux server for Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast.
However this release is not supported by publisher LucasArts.
- Morrowind Delayed - Morrowind is now scheduled for release in May 2002 for
both PC and Xbox. Also I noticed over at GamersPulse that they posted a new hands-on
preview.
- New World Order beta delayed - Project Three this morning announced it
has halted the countdown for the Public Multiplayer Beta of New World Order on T –
03.25 Hrs before intended release. "After testing this weekend we got confronted
with a nasty bug. Termite has been working around the clock to get it fixed, but last
night it became clear we could not make the intended deadline. The game is very much
playable and could have been released with this specific feature that is bugging us turned
off, but we want it to be perfect and decided to postpone the release of the beta”,
said Project Three CEO Robert Ercevic." A spokesperson for Project Three stated
they now expect the Beta to be released during the Easterweekend.
- Global Ops Patch Planned - This post to the Global Operations Message Forum has word on plans for
a patch for the retail version of the game.
- Blood Omen 2 PC Gold - According to GoneGold, the PC
version of Blood Omen 2, the Legacy of Kain sequel already available for both the
PS2 and the Xbox, is gold.
- O.R.B. Betatesting - Strategy First announced today that they will now accept applications to beta test
their upcoming 3D Real time Strategy Game, O.R.B. Testing is slated to commence April 8,
2002.
- Too many games out! - Seems that a
few more games have been liberated from their manufacturing plants: Freedom Force, Global Ops, Carnivores Cityscape,
Dragon Throne: Battle of Red Cliffs, HoMM IV, M&M IX, Superpower, The Sims Vacation, VIP with sweet Pamela Anderson, Myst Trilogy,
Britney's Dance Beat (GBA) (and also Ghost Recond: Desert Siege, Jedi 2 Outcast are
already available in some coutries). I know M&M IX is da bomb, however David Schrier
is reporting over at TELP's MMIX Tavern that EB seems to have troubles with shipping all copies of Might &
Magic IX on March, 28. Looks like they will only be able to ship orders placed on or
