The 2K Games confirmed that the PC edition of Duke Nukem Forever will support dedicated servers.
Hey guys,
Got some good news for you today - Duke Nukem Forever on PC will have dedicated servers for our experienced users.

(Side note: This will be an unsupported features, but it will be there for those that want to use it.)
Developed by 3D Realms, Triptych Games, Piranha Games, and new franchise owner Gearbox Software, Duke Nukem Forever will launch in North America on June 14. Europeans, however, will be able to play from this Friday, June 10.

Naturally, it will be there. Otherwise, success is questionable.
If it would be moddable, even better, lifetime online gaming guaranteed.

I am surprised that other games do not give these options to gamers - perhaps they just want to make a quick buck - but it's not me shooting myself in the leg...

what is wrong with them.. are they trying to make this game sound bad for multiplayer?

why even say its an unsupported feature if its at least putting that out, more than could be said for crAptivision games.
