The chaps over at Gamespy have posted an interview with Doug Lombardi of Valve Software as he talks about the legal battles between Valve and Vivendi. Here's an excerpt:
GameSpy: According to the information we've seen so far, Vivendi appears to be claiming that Valve withheld information while renegotiating the initial SPA, regarding online distribution in regard to your STEAM technology. Would you be able to comment on that?

[Doug Lombardi]: I believe that is part of the counterclaim they filed some 18 months after we filed the original suit. We have responded denying those claims. But it's probably best to ask them for comment on their claims.
