This QuickTime movie /low-res (8.4 MB) and high-res (92.1 MB)/ is an exciting, 7-minute long history of id Software's DOOM series, complete with interviews of the team and exclusive footage from DOOM III. The movie was originally shown at the 2002 Electronic Entertainment Expo. Mirrors: FileShack / FragLand / 3DGamers. In addition, we replaced DOOM 3 shots which are the same screenshots, but higher resolution (thanks GameSpy) + you can read this fresh interview with John Carmack at Gamers.com.
