Delta Force: Black Hawk Down MP Demo - demo

NovaLogic today sent out a press release announcing that the official pre-release multiplayer demo for Delta Force - Black Hawk Down is now available. The demo weigs 62MB and iis available for download from NovaLogic official website, 3DGamers, FilePlanet, FileShack The demo features one multiplayer level and includes day and night settings. The demo is playable over the NovaWorld Games Network and via LAN. Other features in the demo include: Night vision, Players can play as medics, Humvees drive around the map on a fixed course. Players can board the Humvees and use the .50 cal machine guns against the opposing team, Progressive Spawn Points - Players can "capture" neutral spawn points to add additional spawn locations, Players can lean around corners to look and shoot, Frag grenades, Grenade launchers (fixed weapon emplacements), New weapon ballistics. Delta Force - Black Hawk Down will ship on PC CD - ROM during October 2002.

Update (18:45): This is due to a number of responses from consumers experiencing difficulties with the NetQuartz ezpad technology included in the demo.

Consumers who have already downloaded the demo Version 10 will be able to update the game to Version 11 by clicking on the 'Update Game' button in game, once this update has installed, consumers will then be able to uninstall the ezpad technology and play with the demo as normal. To fully uninstall ezpad, right click on the ezpad icon on the task bar, and select quit, then uninstall the software via the ADD/REMOVE Programs option in the control panel.

ok im really pissed off , how dare they force us to install a stupid Ez pad app on your pc to allow u to play the demo! This spyware im disgusted

no worries had to update the game , then i unstalled the ez pad what a waste of space app who thinks these crap things up :(

Well BloodUK my opinion in regards to Black Hawk Down MP Demo is that its CRAP ! maybe if it was released a year ago then it would be ok. Look at Devastation the Unreal Tournament engine based Tac Ops style FPS it looks MINT and we all know how well the other UT Hybrid was welcomed by the online community "Tactical Ops" ! Devastation is gonna be the TACTICAL OPS 2 !!!!!!!!! : )
