Nah, there are no tanks in DF: BHD as far as I know.

LOL ... no, but you can teamkill which is the same thing. the guns in BHD sound lame; not enough bass... but otherwise it deserves more than 74%.

I liked the game.. But I just wish the AI was smarter than that rather than dumb. Or they intentionally did that to put them on khat (Drug in Somalia which made people really stupid and made them feel invincible)

Zeus.. No, politics lost the war. And they are still in Civil War today except Mohammad Aidid is dead... Only thing different is Factions fight for control of the country to put a national government that they want.. And yes Khat has a bad affect on the brain

lots of people i know tried the beta and said it sucked. people are saying the AI sucks. Well the ai makes half the game so in that case, 74% is probably right..

You may consider the AI to suck, but the game was made to be somewhat historically accurate. The militias of Somalia were not ace special forces or trained to be professional soldiers. I think the AI is more or less representative of the time. Of course, perfection of AI of any game may leave something to be desired.

Any comments from people actually playing the multiplayer? Good? Bad? Excessive lag? Do you get to ride in the helis in multiplay? In your opinion, does multiplay have a good future with this DF game? Oh yeah, is it easy to find a server with lots of ppl playing and good ping?

You can play the game using a 56k and still be competitive wich is great. The city maps are awesome in multiplayer. A lot of fun.

Multiplayer rocks.. I have had this game for nearly 2 weeks now and I have only played 3 single players levels. Good weapon selection.. lots of custom map makers out there. About the only downside in my opinion is moving doesnt affect your ability to aim.. so its more twitchy like Team Fortress as opposed to something like Counter-Strike.

Hi all i think this game is the best first person shooter out there as far as df series.. AI is jsut fine. i think the game shoudl have got a 90% Great job novologic.

The game is simply cool. I like the action and ambushes. but i don't only like about the game is there are few levels in it. i simply over it in just 3 days. hope the game makers will make updates of this game

diskman... 4 hours my arse... But it was definietly too short, the AI is terrible (on both sides) and there is no co-op in multiplayer. The game is still lots of fun, but only for a couple of days.

I'd say it's pretty good, especially the atmosphere from the movie. Just one thing... Shouldn't american soldiers call Somalian muslims "skinies" instead of "enemy" or "bad guys"?

If we were that strong in the game ... I wouldn't see 20 dead soldiers in every single day in Iraq ( oops it is Iraq not Sumalia )and we didn't occupied them..... the government doesn't send the bodies they keep them in the Fridges ...only send 2 by 2

My Review: Black hawk down: single player mode is ok, ive played it on easy, currently on "mogadishu mile". You have the freedom to skip a mission if it is too difficult and come back to it later, rather than being stricted to one mission after the other. The main reason why i bought black hawk down was because the multiplayer demo was good on my 56k ntlworld internet connection, however, with novaworld servers, my ping goes up and down, and you eventually get kicked out because of your ping being too high. However, you are able to find dedicated servers, that you can join, as long as there isnt that many 56k gamers slowing down the server. Black hawk down is an improvement in most areas apart from the AI. Single player missions are ok, but repetitive. But multiplayer is the best part of it, where you can create your own maps and frag other people.

its a nice game only that u need add-on thatr u can play is a bit stupid and that there r so much cheaters by this way iw ill say that i need a cheat or trainer for BHD multiplayer demo because without cheats u cant play anymore in some servers.

R u the dude who neede to know how to pass the minefiedl and hummer convoy stages, if u r. The convoy level, keep looking foward and near the right turn in the open desert at the break there is a truck with two men in it, ONE WITH AN RPG, kill em both. make sure you keeping an eye out for other RPGs, and as for the mine field, straight in front of the truck, stay near the whit markers and dont go near the smaller red ones, you teammate might giva ya a clue on that one though. As for eveyone else......... There is now an Expansion pack called Team Sabre, based in South Amercia and Iran. EXPANSION is kick-ass, I love DFBHD, and a jungle combat exp for it is even better................oh yeah they fixed up the AI a bit in TS.

the reason this games ai sucks is that it was not made 2 be a single player game. its multiplayer is 200% better i highly suggest playin multiplayer before u rate this cause i hate single player but love goin online and killin other people. plus if your lookin 4 more of a challange on multiplayer theres always some 1 better then u. i personally give this game a 9.5 out of 10 abosulitly 1 of the best out there so much better then halo.could use vehical control though that would make it a perfect 10. o and guys look 4 me in multiplayer my name is---------- VIP killa VIP.

I have the BHD game, its pretty good and I finished it already, I started all over again but I cant beat the Shore Patrol level. How do I know where the mines are? Please tell me cause I dont remember I'm 13 years old.
