Sergey Sizov - There will be about 200 units in The Cuban Missile Crisis and all of them that will be fully authentic not only regarding their look but also their characteristics. So, the player will see all the major units which were adopted up to the year of 1962. Among these units I can name such ones as tanks (heavy, medium, light), armored troop-carriers and scout vehicles, anti-tank guns, howitzers, antiaircraft guns, mortars, heavy guns, rocket emplacements (c-125 and HOK), self-propelled guns, special units like repair-evacuation machines, volley-fire systems, and other units. Besides land troops, there will be air forces which will be represented by American and soviet helicopters. Also there will be various planes. The only unit that may seem somewhat fantastic is the soviet heavy tank Object 279. A strange name for a tank, isn't it? The reason lies in the fact that this tank was developed especially for conducting operations in the case of a nuclear war. And sure it was adopted for good reason.
