As promised, Codemasters has released a playable demo for the PC version of Colin McRae Rally 04, its rally racing simulation sequel.This single-player demo puts you behind the wheel of the Citroen Xsara and lets you drive 3 of the 48 stages available in the full game (USA, Japan, Finland). The 159MB demo can be found at Codemaster's FTP, PixelRage, Tiscali Games, 3DGamers, BMMotosports, FileRush.

I thought the demo was Bleh didnt really pull me in and i had VERY low sound in game all i could hear was the co driver and the music!

This is a very good rally sim. The sound has no problem. Graphics COOOL. (NVidia-Fx5200) You know better sim ? I want to know too...

Played CMR4 on XBox, now the demo on PC. The sound of the engine and the Co-Driver in the demo was very poor, but the game itself: perfect! The handling of the car, the different stages, the setup possibilities, the P206 (in the full version, finally!) there's no better game for rally driving today. Unfortunately there are just 6 stages and somtimes a super special in some events. As some stages are converted from CMR2 (for example UK SS1) or CMR3 (Spain SS4,5 or 6 is a CMR3-stage backwards) it is ridiculous compared to 10 Stages in CMR 2.0!

pleas codemaster ( colin mcrea rally) i m a fanatic of pc rally notally the mc rea rally production . i have at home the cd rom of colin mc rea rally2 with the 206 , seat ... and it is really a pleasure. so what i need now is the demo of colin mc rea rally 4 pleas to do the maxi to send it to me and thank you for all . with all my respect

For me it's the best rally (sim) today. Specially Grafics are verry good on hi res settings and also sound is good like a real rally car have to sound. RalliSport is just arcade racing and nothing for sim lovers.
