Beginning at 3:30 PM EST on Friday, Aug. 13, and for the following two weeks, Tilted Mill is gathering applications for our closed Beta test. Up to 1,000 selected applicants will get to play pre-release versions of Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile and provide valuable feedback to the developers via Web-based databases and the Beta forums.

The Beta test runs from Friday, Sept. 10 through Sunday, Sept. 26. Applicants whose computers meet the game's minimum specifications will be chosen to represent a variety of playing styles and hardware configurations. Testers will be asked to investigate assorted specific questions, and to offer their opinions about game balance and scenario design. We'll notify the successful applicants via e-mail.
