jolt.co.uk has conducted an interview with David Durcak and Marian Suran of Cauldron, talked about their upcoming first person shooter Chaser. Here is a taster:
Q: The FPS market is kinda rich at the moment with many retail titles as well as some highly creative modifications available on the web. What is going to set Chaser apart from the crowd?
A: We plan to make Chaser different from the other titles with many unique action situations in which players would need to survive which means a wide variety of environments. We plan to compete with other titles in both main areas of games – playability (represented by a well balanced mix of action scenes, effective situations, high level AI of enemies and reversals in the story, multiplayer modes) and eye candy features (detailed environments and characters, effective explosions, weather effects, facial expressions, cloth simulation, physics of objects…).
