Cancelled Prey 2 Gameplay - briefly

Before Prey was rebooted by Bethesda Softworks last year, a sequel to the original 2006 release of Prey had been in the works. Unfortunately, as you might already know, Prey 2 never saw the light of day. Despite being shown off a handful of times, news on Prey 2 eventually went quiet before officially being canceled in 2014. For those still eulogizing the game’s cancellation, new prototype footage of Prey 2 was recently leaked thanks to one Andrew Borman. The video mainly shows off combat that would have been featured in Prey 2 in addition to a handful of guns that players would have had at their disposal. We also get some cool looks at the game’s setting which was going to take place on a dystopian alien planet.

Just looks like every other shooter. So maybe it was a good idea to cancel.
