Gamer's Pulse has written a new preview of Command and Conquer: Renegade, based on their impressions after playing a beta version of the multiplayer modes Westwood Studios' upcoming FPS. Here is an excerpt:
Each character is equipped with a pistol and main weapon along with a block of C4 and other various assets. As previously stated yesterday each character has advantages and disadvantages while in combat. Obviously you do not want to attempt to destroy a vehicle with the mini gatling gun as it is the primary infantry killing weapon. Rocket launcher soldiers backed by infantry killing machine gunners and supported by an engineer is an effective and deadly combined arms team that can not only take out infantry opposition, and base structures but can also remove any incoming vehicles.
