According to GameSpy, EA Pacific's 3D RTS C&C Generals has been delayed and will not ship this year. After some quality playtime with the game, it appears as though the original ship date of December 2002 is not going to happen. Instead, and new release date of January 21, 2003 is now the target date. They also posted ten new impressive screenshots.

This game is going 2 suck like hell ITs looks like emperor. Its so shitty you should call it the expansion to emperor. i dont care what u think of my comments but i think that westwood is starting to make crappy ass games before they used to be good now its just sloppy shit

Good then those of us who didn't play Emperor (I really doubt it's like that anyhow) will enjoy it. It's looks damn nice to me and anyone who calls a game "sloppy" without playing the demo leave alone the game is simply clueless or trolling. I just wish they would've made the christmas date but better it's done right the first time than released a buggy game I suppose.

i think that the 3 generals thing is looking more and more like the 3 heroes thing in warcraft3... just my 2cents
