Ken Levine was on hand at the 2012 Spike TV Video Game Awards to introduce the world premiere of some new BioShock Infinite gameplay. He didn't mention the game's delay, but went right into discussing the trailer and what to expect. When asked whether Bioshock: Infinite will be using the GFWL service as its DRM, Ken Levine, creative director and co-founder of Irrational Games, responded and said that it wont! Looks like that Irrational Games has chosen Steamworks over GFWL. Today, another fan asked Levine about the DRM system of Bioshock Infinite PC and Levine said that the game will be using Valve's DRM, Steamworks.
Bioshock Infinite is planned for a March 26th release on PC, X360 and PS3. The game was slated for a February 2013 release, but got delayed a month in order to be further polished! |
