Slitherine showcased the first gameplay of Battlestar Galactica Deadlock, a strategy game bringing back the popular sci-fi franchise on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
It’s a turn-based straregy game, but factions don’t alternate at the controls. Each side selects their orders at the same time, and then the turn plays out simultaneously. There is even a replay system to take a second look at the action. Interestingly, projectiles like missiles and torpedoes actually work according to physics, so it’s very possible to make a wrong move and hit and damage your own ships if you’re not careful.
