PlanetAvP - The Predator will have a Self-Destruct ability in the expansion pack - only in multi-player. How will it work? Do you get a 'kill' if someone else dies in the blast? Or is it just for fun?
Paul Pawlicki - It is fun but it’s also a strategic weapon. Here’s how it works. The Predator can only activate the self-destruct sequence when his health is very low, when he’s down to the last two groupings of Predator digits on his health meter. Once it’s activated you’ll hear an audible countdown, which gives everyone else nearby a couple seconds to try and scatter. When he blows up the Predator will lose a frag, it is a suicide after all, but he’ll score a frag for everyone he takes out with him
