AoM Heaven has posted an interview with Ian Fischer, the Lead Designer on Age of Mythology, the upcoming RTS from the gang at Ensemble Studios.
Thunder: What do you think of Electronic Boutiques' release date for AoM? (12/03/01)
Ian Fischer: Sure. [Note: This "Sure" contains just a little sarcasm. Current word from Ensemble Studios is that there is NO WAY they will be shipping AoM in 2001]
Thunder: I know you were a pretty busy guy at E3 this year, but besides AoM, were there any great games at E3 that caught your eye?
Ian Fischer: Well, I can’t remember exactly what I saw at E3 and what I just have on my internal wishlist but I’m waiting impatiently for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Motor City Online, Duke Nukem Forever, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, WarCraft III, Republic: The Revolution, Master Of Orion 3, Stronghold, Dungeon Siege, Sigma, Operation Flashpoint, Max Payne (which has since proved to be well worth the wait), Praetorians, and Devil May Cry.
